The property, leased for 24 months at $106,102, will be used for a general offices and warehousing.

Retail: Spring Valley Lawn Mower Shop has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 7569 Broadway, Lemon Grove 91945, from San Diego Motors.
The property, leased for 60 months at $105,220, will be used for a lawn mower repair sales and service shop.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Todd M. Lytel, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
