Z Microsystems on Summers Ridge

Office: Z Microsystems Inc. has renewed its lease on 36,885 square feet of flex space in the Fenton Technology Park at 9820 and 9830 Summers Ridge Road, San Diego 92121, from HG Fenton Company.

The apace was renewed for 69 months at $2.7 million.

The lessee was represented by Barry Mahlberg, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Todd Holley, of Voit Real Estate.


Office: SCG Management of California has leased 1,403 square feet of office space at the Schiefer Building -- a three-story office/retail commercial condominium, 815 J St., San Diego 92101 -- from Ken and Debbie Medel.

The property was leased for 36 months at $158,400.

The lessee was represented by Barry Mahlberg, of Cushman & Wakefield.

The lessor was represented by Simon Terry-Lloyd, of the Irving Group.

The renovated 1908 building consists of six office condominiums totaling 10,600 square feet and a retail condominium of 4,129 square feet.

The Madel's acquired their unit in November 2009 for $600,000.


Industrial: MEPS Rea-Time Inc. has leased 5,590 square feet of industrial space in the 38,772-square-foot Camino Corporate Center at 6451 El Camino Real, Carlsbad 92009, from First Industrial Realty Trust Inc.

The property, leased for 24 months at $106,102, will be used for a general offices and warehousing.

The lessee was represented by Conor Boyle and Tucker Hohenstein, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Jeff Abramson and Barry Hendler, of Cassidy Turley.


Retail: Spring Valley Lawn Mower Shop has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 7569 Broadway, Lemon Grove 91945, from San Diego Motors.

The property, leased for 60 months at $105,220, will be used for a lawn mower repair sales and service shop.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Todd M. Lytel, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
