Noodle eatery on Clairemont Mesa

Retail: Jin Yamada has leased 1,080 square feet of retail space at 4706 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego 92117, from Brenda Kim.

The property, leased for 120 months at $282,944, will be used for a Ramen noodle restaurant.

The lessee was represented by Atsuko Otani Yanagase, of Person Realty Inc. The lessor was represented by Rich Lee and Mike Paeske, of CFI.


Industrial: Mission Auto Repair has leased 7,040 square feet of industrial space at 1020 Linda Vista, Suite B, San Marcos 92078, from Hunnicut Investment LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $234,350, will be used for automotive repair.

The lessee was represented by Conor Boyle, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Boyle and Tucker Hohenstein, also of Colliers.


Industrial: Sunray Technology Ventures Inc. has leased 3,751 square feet of industrial space at 2233 Faraday Ave., Suite B and C, Carlsbad 92008, from ZMI Real Estate Inc. The property was leased for 53 months at $188,324.

The lessee was represented by Conor Boyle, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Boyle, Josh McFadyen and Greg Lewis, also of Colliers.


Retail: Daihong Li and Liang Zhou have leased 2,577 square feet of retail space at 4722 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego 92117, from Brenda Kim. The property, leased for 60 months at $154,596, will be used for a Chinese foot massage business.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Rich Lee and Mike Paeske, of CFI.



Office: Mario Galan has leased 1,875 square feet of office space at 430 North Rose St., Suite B, Escondido 92027, from Nicholas J. Jauregui. The property, leased for 36 months at $50,400, will be used for meetings.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Rob Pew, of TIE Commercial.


Retail: San Diego Winnelson Company has leased 10,452 square feet of retail space at 5750 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego 92123, from Distabile Family Trust. The property, leased for 60 months at $40,000, will be used for a general warehouse.

The lessee was represented by Fred Schnaubelt, of Fred Schnaubelt and Sons. The lessor was represented by Rich Lee and Mike Paeske, of CFI.
