The property was leased for 65 months at $693,849. The lessee was represented by Ryan Egli, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Deborah Hunkeler, of Cushman & Wakefield.
The three-story, 62,194-square-foot office building was constructed in 1987. In early 2003, the property was sold for $9,525,000.
Office: Equustria has leased 1,595 square feet of office space at 990 Highland Drive, Solana Beach 92075, from M.C. Strauss Company. The property was leased for 24 months at $85,917.
The lessee was represented by Brooks Campbell, of Cassidy Turley. The lessor was represented by John Hoffman and Michael Dyer, of Cushman & Wakefield.
Industrial: Coastal Communications Inc. has leased 1,006 square feet of industrial space in the Mission Courtyard Professional Building at 3355 Mission Ave., Suite 236, Oceanside 92054, from Copperwood Partners LP.
The property, leased for six months at $8,448, will be used for office and warehouse.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Joe Crotty and Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
The 30,893-square-foot building was sold for $2.78 million in late 2003. McFadyen was involved in that transaction for both parties.
The two-story, multi-tenant garden office was built in 1981 by Newport National Corp.
Major tenants at the time of the sale nine years ago included Groth Architects, with 2,994 square feet for 60 months at $276,060; and Todd Threw, dba Coastal Communications, with 800 square feet for 24 months at $25,464, both in early 2003; and Pacific View Charter School and Casa de Amparo in fall 2000, with 3,939 square feet for 37 months at $193,756, full service gross.
