The property was leased for 10 years at $1,235,603.
The lessee was represented by Dave Hagglund, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs. of Duhs Commercial.
Retail: O'Reilly Auto Parts has leased 8,816 square feet of retail space at 1111 Fourth Ave., El Centro 92243, from Garcia Enterprises. The property was leased for 15 years at $1,803,076.
The lessee was represented by Marc Dudzik, a principal of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Craig Duhs and Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial.
Also earlier this year, Family Dollar (NYSE: FDO) leased 10,000 square feet at 1111 Fourth Ave. for 10 years at $1.26 million. Duhs Commercial handled that transaction for both parties.
Retail: Club Pilates LLC has leased 1,245 square feet of retail space in Bankers Hill at 2760 Fifth Ave., San Diego 92103, from Fifth & Olive LLC.
The property, leased for 60 months at $164,658, will be used for a pilates studio.
The lessee was represented by Bo Gibbons, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Josh Buchholz and Don Agan, of NAI San Diego.
Industrial: Pathway Communications LLC has leased 3,817 square feet of industrial space at 12740 Danielson Court, Suite E, Poway 92064, from Moss Point Poway, LLC.
The property, leased for 38 months at $86,505, will be used for office, research, warehousing and manufacturing.
The lessee was represented by Mike Bench, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Mathew Bean and Brian Mulvaney, of Voit Real Estate Services.
The space is in the 112,000-square-foot Community Business Park, consisting of six multi-tenant flex buildings.
