Starbucks in Spring Valley

Retail: Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) has leased 1,749 square feet of retail space at 8626 Jamacha Road, Spring Valley 91977, from CIF Holdings LLC.

The property, leased for 10 years at $809,940, will be used for a drive-thru.

The lessee was represented by Nancy Johnston, of Epsteen and Associates. The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.

Office: The Renaissance Companies Inc. has leased 2,331 square feet of office space at 18029 Calle Ambiente, Rancho Santa Fe, 92067, from Cielo Village LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $408,395.

The lessee was represented by John Orlando, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Michael Dyer, of Cushman & Wakefield.

R&D: San Diego County Superintendent of Schools has leased 3,200 square feet of space in the Sweetwater Plaza East shopping center at 1747 Sweetwater Road, National City 91950, from Sweetwater Plaza East LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $228,785.

The lessee was represented by Sam Patella, of Urban Real Estate. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Office: The Lending Co. has leased 2,156 square feet of office space at 12264 El Camino Real, San Diego 92130, from El Camino Tower II LLC. The property was leased for 36 months at $205,770.

The lessee was represented by Michael Dyer, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Ryan Egli, of CBRE.
