Seafood company on Production

Industrial: Hardshell Lobster and Seafood Company Inc. has leased 12,120 square feet of industrial space at 8775 Production Ave., San Diego 92121, from HMS Partnership. The property, leased for 60 months at $549,764, will be used for office, warehouse and distribution of seafood and seafood-related products.

The lessee was represented by John Witherall and Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Arnie Friedman, of Colliers International.


Retail: Bruce Nguyen PC, has leased 930 square feet of retail space at 9353 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite K-2, San Diego 92123, from Ruffin Village LLC. The property, leased for 125 months at $252,381, will be used for an optometry office.

The location is in the 45,500-square-foot Ruffin Village shopping center at 9343-9363 Clairemont Mesa.

The lessee was represented by Tony Hguyen, of Alpha Realty. The lessor was represented by David Bradley and Bryan Cunningham, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Fuller Lighting has leased 11,000 square feet of industrial space at 2001 Main St., San Diego 92113, from Ragtime LLC. The property was leased for 38 months at $244,800.

The lessee was represented by Bo Gibbons, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Tim Mills, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Retail: Salty Sisters has leased 3,700 square feet of retail space at 1910 Shadowridge Drive, Suite 101, Vista 92081, from Shadowhill Investments LLC.

The property was leased for five years at $205,492. The location is in 23,000-square-foot Shadowridge Retail Center at 1910-1920 Shadowridge.

The lessee was represented by JP Roach, of Hughes Marino. The lessor was represented by Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial.


Industrial: San Diego Event Deco has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 663 33rd St., San Diego 92102, from B-K Gateway Centre LLC.

The property was leased for 60 months at $175,200. The site is in the 55,000-square-foot Gate Way Center, an industrial/warehouse property.

The lessee was represented by Evan McDonald, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Mark Lewkowitz, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: SD Import Specialists Inc. has leased 2,600 square feet of industrial space at 5836 Autoport Mall, San Diego 92121, from Eastgate Miramar Associates.

The property, leased for 60 months at $169,760, will be used for automotive service and repair.

The lessee was represented by Rex Huffman, of Voit Real Estate Services.

The lessor was represented by Bo Gibbons, Todd Lytel and Brian Crepeau, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
