Office: Trussell Technologies has leased 1,770 square feet of office space at Corporate Centre I, 380 Stevens Ave., Solana Beach 92075, from SBC Holdings LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $280,069.

The lessee was represented by Michael Dyer, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Dick Balestri, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).

Office: La Jolla Physical Therapy has leased 1,565 square feet of office space in 13,963-square-foot La Jolla Professional & Medical Building at 7301 Girard Ave., La Jolla, 92037, from 7301 L.T.D.

The lease is for 63 months at $185,854, will be used for a physical therapy office.

The lessee was represented by Pascal Aubry-Dumand, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Capital Growth Properties.

Other tenants include Max Weiss Photography in late 2010 with 200 square feet at $600 monthly; Med Spa XL in mid-2011 with 780 square feet for 36 months at $68,400, modified gross; and Dr. Rochelle Mulford in late 2011 with 900 square feet for 39 months at $64,692.

Industrial: World Mission Society Church of God has leased 6,329 square feet of industrial space in the 20,000-square-foot building at 220 Bingham Drive, San Marcos 92069, from Hamann-Daniels-Burge.

The property was leased for two years at $96,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Joe McDermott and Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield.
