The space was formerly occupied by Banner Mattress (3414) and Party City (3416).
The 630,000-square-foot, split-level power center is anchored by Walmart and Sam's Club. Other tenants are Kohl's (in a former Mervyn's), Target (in a former HomeBase, Ross, Dress for Less (in a former Long's Drugs), Staples and Big Lots.
Retail: 7-Eleven has leased 2,880 square feet of retail space at 1179 N. Escondido Blvd., Escondido 92026, from James Harker, trustee of the Harker Family Trust.
The property, leased for 120 months at $1,528,260, is for a convenience store.
The lessee was represented by Nikki Meyer, of Cassidy Turley (St. Louis, Mo.). The lessor represented himself.
Industrial: Factory Direct Floor Store has leased 1,550 square feet of industrial space at 7574 Trade Street, Suite B, San Diego 92121, from Steven and Brad Murray.
The property, leased for 36 months at $47,430, will be used for a general office and warehouse for a flooring company.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Evan McDonald, of Colliers International.
