Retail: Dunn-Edwards has leased 6,350 square feet of retail space in Sweetwater Plaza East shopping center at 1747 Sweetwater Road, National City, 91950, from Sweetwater Plaza East LLC.
The property, leased for 72 months at $662,130, will be used for a paint supply store.
The lessee was represented by Bruce Heathcote, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield.
In late 2004, the shopping center was sold for $10.4 million.
Retail: Pacific Marine Sheet Metal Corp. has leased 3,369 square feet of retail space in Rancho San Diego in RSD Hilton Head at 1530 Hilton Head Road, El Cajon 92019, from Sycuan Tribal Development Corp. LLC. The property, leased for 18 months at $90,963, will be used for a sheet metal retailer.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield.
RSD Hilton Head is a 48,000-square-foot office condominium with space for sale or lease for medical and professional offices.
The property has a two-story atrium lobby, balconies on upper floors and on-site parking.
In mid-2010, AS Real Estate Holdings LLC, signed a 77-month, $1.09 million lease for 5,813 square feet of office space in RSD Hilton Head. Additional tenants included Sycuan Tribal offices, AMS Plastics, and the state Department of Motor Vehicles with a five-year, $4.28 million lease for 12,601-square-feet of first floor space in fall 2008.
Industrial: Ken and Glenn Trenchard, dba Ski Marine, has leased 4,080 square feet of industrial space at 324 Vineyard St., Vista 92081, from 1260 Liberty Way LLC. The property was leased for 24 months at $64,800.
The lessee was represented by Trent France, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.
The lessor was represented by Joe McDermott and John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield.
