Chiropractor leases on Erma Road

Office: Jurgens Chiropractic Inc. has leased 2,722 square feet of office space at 9855 Erma Road, San Diego 92131, from Rock Shadow Partners LLC. The property was leased for seven years at $454,030.

The lessee was represented by Justin Harvey and Scott Danshaw, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Chris Ross, of Colliers International.


Office: Student Success Programs Inc. has leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 9910-B Mira Mesa, San Diego 92131, from Scripps Mesa Village/Collins Dev. Company.

The property was leased for five years at $176,795.

The lessee was represented by Rich Murdock, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Ted Peterson, of Colliers Asset Management.


Industrial: Coles of La Jolla has leased 3,790 square feet of industrial space at 980 Buenos Ave., Suite A-2, San Diego 92110, from C&B Black Mountain LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $134,186, will be used for warehousing.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Julius Paeske, of CFI.


Retail: Janecka LLC has leased 578 square feet of retail space at 1555 Camino Del Mar, Suite 100, Del Mar 92014, from GLL BVK. The property was leased for 36 months at $104,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Graham Bryan, of Lee and Associates.


Retail: Julie Mills has leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 6110 Friars Road, San Diego 92110, from George S. Harbaugh Family Trust. The property was leased for five years at $97,048.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Joe Balla, of Lee and Associates.


Office: M&M Fitness has leased 1,954 square feet of office space at 4903 Morena Blvd., San Diego 92117, from PS Business Parks. The property was leased for 36 months at $47,218.

The lessee was represented by Scott Danshaw and Justin Harvey, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Dan Purdy.
