Advancing Careers on Hotel Circle

Industrial: Advancing Careers has leased 1,214 square feet of industrial space at 4420 Hotel Circle Court, San Diego 92108, from La Jolla Financial Inc. The property was leased for 12 months at $1,966,680.

The lessee was represented by Justin Harvey and Scott Danshaw, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Kevin Kelly.

Industrial: Bronco Wine Company has leased 3,267 square feet of industrial space in the 16,806-square-foot North County Distribution Center at 1330 Distribution Way, Vista 92081, from North County Industrial Park LP. The property was leased for 60 months at $148,980.

The lessee was represented by John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Joe McDermott and Bob Willingham, also of Cushman & Wakefield.
