KSWB leases on Engineer Road

Industrial: KSWB Inc. has leased 24,804 square feet of industrial space in Kearny Mesa at 7191 Engineer Road, San Diego 92111, from The J. David Gladstone Institutes LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $1.82 million.

The lessee was represented by Tom Cherry, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Eric A. Northbrook and Matt Carlson, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Neurosciences Research Foundation has leased 2,106 square feet of office space at 800 Silverado St., La Jolla 92037, from Laubro No. 1 LLC. The property was leased for 12 months at $53,072.

The lessee was represented by Robert Kuzman, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Michael Dyer and Pascal Aubry-Dumand, of Cushman & Wakefield.

The 17,366-square-foot building was constructed in 1984 at the corner of Silverado and Fay Avenue, with three levels of office space above ground and a two-level subterranean parking facility.

The property was sold for $2.5 million in late 1998. In early 2007, Merjan Financial Corp. leased 2,243 square feet for 60 months at $415,045.


Office: Robolink Inc. has leased 701 square feet of office space at Oberlin Court, 5677 Oberlin Drive, San Diego 92121, from Fenway Properties II LLC.

The property, leased for 20 months at $20,000, will be used for robotics education.

The lessee was represented by Tyler Sinks and Christopher High, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Michael Mahoney, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.

In early 2012, Bper Electronics Inc., dba My Wireless, leased 2,147 square feet of office space at 5677 Oberlin for three years at $84,699.

The 29,257-square-foot two-building Oberlin Court office complex at 5665 and 5677 Oberlin Drive was sold for $2,821,500 in early 1999.


Industrial: Carol Williams and Tim Glassell have leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 230 Roymar Road, Suites G and H, Oceanside 92054, from CBRE-Josepho Properties.

The property, leased for 24 months at $49,440, will be used for office and warehouse.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Resicom Custome Painting & Maintenance has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 2105 Camino Vida Roble, Suite E, Carlsbad 92008, from CBRE-Josepho Properties. The property, leased for 12 months at $12,240, will be used for office and warehouse.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
