Tanning salon in Eastlake Terraces

Retail: MV TanVentures LLC, dba iTan Tanning Salon, has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at Eastlake Terraces, 2127 Olympic Parkway, Chula Vista 91914, from E-Lake Holding LP. The property was leased for five years at $276,229.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith, Brad Williams and Tommy Gibbs, of Flocke and Avoyer.

Eastlake Terraces is a 393,000-square-foot community center anchored by Walmart, Home Depot and Walgreens.

In fall 2011, E Riviera Enterprise LLC, dba Tapioca Express, leased 1,150 square feet for five years at $245,442.

In mid-2008, Nuyo Eastlake Inc. leased 1,650 square feet for five years at $394,204, for a frozen yogurt shop.





Industrial: Mason Dyer has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 389 Via El Centro, Oceanside 92056, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 24 months at $22,217, will be used for manufacturing of surfboards.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.

In late 2011, Hydroflex Surfboards leased 1,216 square feet for 36 months at $32,925, as an office and warehouse for a surfboard manufacturer.





Industrial: Eric Miller has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 217 Via El Centro, Oceanside 92058, from Ganatol Land Company. The property, leased for 24 months at $21,456, will be used for cabinet manufacturing.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.

In late 2009, E.J. Terry leased 1,200 square feet for 12 months at $10,944.In mid-2008, Moose Wakeboards has leased 1,200 square feet for 24 months at $25,848.





Industrial: Sam Sturman has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 316 Via Del Norte, Oceanside 92056, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 24 months at $20,463, for storage of vending machine parts.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
