Church on El Camino Real

Office: Evangelical Formosan Church of San Diego has leased 4,527 square feet of office space at 13885 El Camino Real, San Diego 92130, from Academy of Arts & Sciences Charter School. The property was leased for 60 months at $558,000.

The lessee was represented by Jon Walters, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Todd Holley, of Voit Real Estate.


Office: Academy of Arts & Sciences Charter School has leased 8,316 square feet of office space at 4560 Alvarado Canyon Road, Suites D-H, San Diego 92120, from The Four Amigos LP. The property was leased for 60 months at $484,989.

The lessee was represented by Jon Walters, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Vince Provenzano and Thomas Golia, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Office: Pacific Coast Counseling has leased 1,165 square feet of office space in First Bankers Plaza at 2424 Vista Way, Suite 201, Oceanside 92054, from Jaeger Family Trust. The property was leased for 48 months at $87,192.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Jon Walters, of Colliers International. Other tenants include The Insurance Center in July 2009, with 600 square feet for 36 months at $41,092 and Debbie Berman in June 2009, with 852 square feet for 36 months at $44,082, for a counseling office.

The 31,388-square-foot office building was sold for $3.6 million in early 2001. The three-story building was constructed in 1987 on a 1.47-acre lot.


Office: Faith Based Community Development Corp. has leased 700 square feet of office space in First Bankers Plaza at 2424 Vista Way, Suite 106, Oceanside, 92054, from Jaeger Family Trust. The property was leased for 12 months at $12,600.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Jon Walters, of Colliers International.

Other tenants include The Insurance Center in July 2009, with 600 square feet for 36 months at $41,092 and Debbie Berman in June 2009, with 852 square feet for 36 months at $44,082, for a counseling office.
