Pacific Dental in San Marcos

Retail: Pacific Dental Services, dba Pacific Dental, has leased 2,966 square feet of retail space in the 356,639-square-foot Grand Plaza community/lifestyle center at 101-197 South Las Posas Road, Suite M2, San Marcos 92078, from Grand Plaza LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $831,963.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Cassidy, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Bryan Cunningham, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Tenants in the center include Nordstrom Rack, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sport Chalet, Marshalls, Ross, Petco and Sprouts Farmers Market.

In mid-2010, Pacific Dental leased 3,553 square feet of retail space in the 539,728-square-foot Temecula Town Center in Temecula. The 10-year lease is valued at $1.2 million.

Pacific Dental occupies the 3,000-square-foot, ground-leased, single-tenant, freestanding retail building in the Santee Town Center shopping center at 246 Towne Center Drive, in Santee, through 2036. In fall 2008, the building was sold for $1.05 million.


Industrial: Federal Health Sign Company LLC has leased 6,310 square feet of industrial space at 3609 Ocean Ranch Blvd., Suites 11, 19 and 20, Oceanside 92056, from MS Kearny CPB2-LLC.

The property, leased for 60 months at $751,185, will be used for storage for vending machine products.

The lessee was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Greenhaus has renewed its lease on 7,273 square feet of office space in Bankers Hill at 2660 First Ave., San Diego 92103, from 1st & Maple LLC. The lease was renewed for 36 months at $552,457.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli, of Capital Growth Properties.

In spring 2004, Greenhaus leased the 7,273 square feet for 60 months at $810,880.


Retail: Eclipse Chocolate has leased 3,995 square feet of retail space in the one-story, approximately 9,635-square-foot, multi-tenant retail property in South Park at 2145 Fern St., Suite B, San Diego 92104, from Sawaya Family Trust.

The property, leased for 60 months at $327,996, will be used as retail/wholesale space.

The lessee was represented by Nate Benedetto, of Strom Commercial. The lessor was represented by Marc Ferderick, of .
