Office: Shire Regenerative Medicine Inc. has leased 35,958 square feet of office space in the Alexandria Technology Center at 10931 North Torrey Pines Road, Suites 101, 103, 105-108 and 600, La Jolla 92037, from Alexander Real Estate Equities. The property was leased for 63 months at $4.6 million.

The lessee was represented by Jeff Manley of Cresa Partners. The lessor was represented by Brian Starck, Jerry Keeney and Dave Odmark of Cassidy Turley San Diego.


Retail: 99 Cents Only Stores Inc. has leased 20,100 square feet of retail space in the Escondido Discount Mall at 2010 East Valley Pkwy., Escondido, 92027, from Kim Family Trust. The property was leased for 10 years at $2.7 million.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Mark Dudzik of Lee and Associates.


Retail: Boudin SF has leased 3,200 square feet of retail space at 294 North El Camino Real, Encinitas, 92024, from Terramar Retail Centers LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $1.38 million.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor represented itself.


Retail: Computer Geeks has leased 4,575 square feet of retail space in the 366,775-square-foot El Camino North shopping center at 2455 Vista Way, Suite M, Oceanside, 92054, from Kimco Realty Corp.. The property was leased for five years at $524,844.

The lessee was represented by Chad Iafrate, CCIM, and David Steffy of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Mike Moser of CBRE.

In mid-2010, Restaurant Realty LLC, dba Quiznos, leased 1,256 square feet for 10 years at $360,509.


Retail: Moneytree Inc. has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 416 W. San Ysidro Blvd., San Diego 92173, from Border Properties Ltd. The property was leased for 60 months at $226,037. The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli of Capital Growth Properties.
