Industrial: Tire Centers LLC has leased 19,280 square feet of industrial space at 12208 Industry Road, Lakeside 92040, from Hamann-Martin. The property was leased for 120 months at $2.3 million.

The lessee was represented by Bob Willingham and Ron King of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Robbie Cornell of Inland Pacific Commercial Properties.


Industrial: DirectMed Parts, LLC has leased 10,368 square feet of industrial space at 9401 Waples St., San Diego 92121, from Pacific Tech Property Inc. The property was leased for 65 months at $535,000.

Industrial: Stone Brewery has leased 13,000 square feet of industrial space at 1918 W. Mission Ave., Escondido 92029, from Schooley Family Trust. The property was leased for 60 months at $500,000.

Industrial: The American Red Cross has leased 7,037 square feet of industrial space at 4229 Ponderosa Ave., San Diego 92123, from Seacliff Ponderosa, LLC. The property was leased for 63 months at $428,317.

The lessee was represented by Scott Kincaid of CBRE. The lessor was represented by Mickey Morera, James Duncan and Phillip Roberts of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Shred-it USA Inc. has leased 13,040 square feet of industrial space at 3801 Ocean Ranch Blvd., San Diego 92109, from La Pacifica LP. The property was leased for 60 months at $400,000.

The lessee was represented by Bob Willingham and Ron King of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Dennis Visser and Aric Starck of Cassidy Turley.


Industrial: Premier Community Service has leased 1,136 square feet of industrial space at Oceanside Gateway Business Park, 1650 Ord Way, Oceanside 92056, from Spectrum Rosen, LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $70,000.

The lessee was represented by John Witherall, Amy McNamara, John Hoffman, Travis Ives, Ron King and Bob Willingham of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Witherall, McNamara, Hoffman, Ives, King and Willingham.
