Office: Tower Watson Inc. has leased 5,329 square feet of office space at Pacific Plaza, 10955 Vista Sorrento Parkway, San Diego 92130, from TREA Pacific Plaza, Inc. The property was leased for 99 months at $1,500,000.

The lessee was represented by Scott Goldman, of UGL Equis.

The lessor was represented by Eric A. Northbrook and Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Office: San Diego State University Foundation has leased 1,095 square feet of office space at 450 Fourth Ave, Chula Vista 91910, from Bay Medical Plaza Investment LLC.

The property, leased for 36 months at $92,218, will be used for a community resource center.

The lessee was represented by Mike Corbosiero, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).

The lessor was represented by Kyle Clark and Kipp Gstettenbauer, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Industrial: DAIJI has leased 1,118 square feet of industrial space at 1611 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, San Marcos 92078, from Koll/Per La Costa Meadows LLC. The property was leased for 24 months at $23,210.

The lessee and lessor were represented by John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.
