Office: PatientSafe Solutions Inc. has leased 10,883 square feet of office space at Sorrento Towers N., 5375 Mira Sorrento Place, San Diego 92121, from Trizec Sorrento Towers LLC. The property was leased for 36 months at $1 million.

The lessee was represented by Craig Irving, of The Irving Group.

The lessor was represented by Eric A. Northbrook and Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: PrimeLending has leased 5,124 square feet of office space at 4747 Executive Drive, San Diego 92121, from HSPF La Jolla Commons I Investors LLC.

The property, leased for 36 months at $610,000, will be used for a mortgage office.

The lessee was represented by Tom Van Betten, of Cassidy Turley.

The lessor was represented by Eric A. Northbrook and Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Titrust has leased 3,035 square feet of industrial space at 2890 S. Santa Fe Ave., San Marcos 92069, from San Marcos Flex LLC. The property was leased for 12 months at $25,500.

The lessee and lessor were represented by John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield ; and Adam Molnar, of Colliers International.


Retail: Venture Dynamics has leased 2,111 square feet of retail space at 1727 Sweetwater Road, National City 91950, from Sweetwater Plaza East LLC. The property was leased for 12 months at $17,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: The Corona Firm LLC has leased 800 square feet of retail space at 2990 Jamacha Road, El Cajon 92019, from PRSD LP. The property, leased for 12 months at $12,861, will be used for a law firm.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer, Kyle Clark, Matt Davis and Terry Jackson, of Cushman & Wakefield.
