Kebab Shop opens two sites

Retail: The Kebab Shop has leased 2,100 square feet of retail space at 11980 Bernardo Plaza Drive, San Diego 92128, from Weikel Rancho Bernardo LP. The property was leased for 10 years at $1,040,002.

The lessee was represented by Paul Ahern, of Location Matters Restaurant & Brokerage. The lessor was represented by Ben Longwell, of Boardwalk Development Inc.

The Kebab Shop also leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Park Valley Center, 1570 Camino de la Reina, San Diego 92108, from PITV LP. The property was leased for 10 years at $722,224.

The lessee was represented by Ahern. The lessor was represented by Kay Campbell, of Morris & Campbell.



Industrial: Operation Homefront has leased 5,560 square feet of industrial space at 8318 Miramar Mall, San Diego 92121, from Eastgate Miramar Associates. The property was leased for 60 months at $311,781.

The lessee was represented by Mark Lewkowitz, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Todd Lytel and Bo Gibbons, of Pacific Coast Commercial.



Retail: Galaxy Shoes has leased 2,160 square feet of retail space at 1649 East Valley Parkway, Escondido, 92027, from Town & Country Partners LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $138,972.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan, of Colliers International.



Office: Neet Feet has leased 3,600 square feet of office space at 179 Roymar Road, Suites B, C and D, Oceanside 92054, from CBRE-Josepho Properties. The property, leased for 36 months at $67,428, will be used for a shop space and storage.

The lessee and lessee were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.



Industrial: Postmile 59 Vending has leased 1,095 square feet of industrial space at 4089 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside 92056, from Aimee Frankhouse Trust. The property, leased for 24 months at $20,000, will be used for warehouse space.

The lessee and lessor were represented by John Witherall, Bob Willingham and Ron King, of Cushman & Wakefield.
