Office: Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) has leased 5,731 square feet of office space in Sorrento Mesa in Cornerstone Plaza, 6170 Cornerstone Court East, San Diego 92121, from LBA Realty Fund-Holding Co. I LLC. The property was leased for 66 months at $680,000.
The lessee was represented by Evan Knudson, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Chris High and Steve Center, of Cushman & Wakefield.
Other tenants in the 40,574-square-foot building include Intertek USA Inc. with 2,024 square feet in early 2010 for 39 months at $140,000; Futurity First Insurance Group Inc. with 2,693 square feet in mid-2009 for 36 months at $185,000; and Farmers Insurance Exchange with a renewal on 5,528 square feet in fall 2008 for five years at $700,000.
In mid-2004, Cornerstone Plaza at 6160-6170 Cornerstone Court East was involved in a two-property transaction valued at $27,375,000 for 177,135 square feet.
