Aurora Spine on Palomar Point

Industrial: Aurora Spine LLC has leased 17,288 square feet of industrial space at 1920 Palomar Point, Carlsbad 92008, from Larry Jet. The property was leased for 72 months at $1,467,000.

The lessee was represented by Steve Bruce, of Lee & Associates. The lessor was represented by Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin, of Colliers International.



Industrial: Magnum Offroad has leased 8,000 square feet of industrial space at 985 Poinsettia, Suite B, Vista 92081, from Otay Terminal-La Mirada Drive LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $216,491.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Rusty Williams and Chris Roth, of Lee & Associates of North San Diego.



Industrial: Kewit Shea Desalination has leased 14,136 square feet of industrial space at 6241 Yarrow Drive, Suite A, Carlsbad 92008, from RIF III-Yarrow Drive 11 LLC. The property was leased for 27 months at $199,551.

The lessee was represented by Steven Field, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic, of Lee and Associates.



Industrial: Epic Boats has leased 22,000 square feet of industrial space at 985 Poinsettia, Suite A, Vista 92081, from Otay Terminal-La Mirada Drive LLC. The property was leased for 18 months at $178,200.

The lessee was represented by Rusty Williams and Chris Roth, of Lee & Associates of North San Diego.



Industrial: RNL Holdings Inc. has leased 5,956 square feet of industrial space at 6241 Yarrow Drive, Suite C, Carlsbad 92008, from RIF III-Yarrow Drive 11 LLC. The property was leased for 38 months at $135,321.

The lessee was represented by Trent France and Kent Moore, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic, of Lee and Associates.



Industrial: One Stop Moving & Storage Inc. has leased 4,060 square feet of industrial space at 6260 Marindustry Drive, Suite B, San Diego 92126, from Caruso Family Trust.

The property, leased for 24 months at $79,116, will be used for sales and storage for a moving and storage company.

The lessee was represented by Evan McDonald and Mike Bench, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Tim Gosselin, of Lee & Associates.
