Youngdale Manufacturing in Vista

Industrial: Youngdale Manufacturing Inc. has leased the 12,133-square-feet industrial building at 1216 Liberty Way, Suite B, Vista 92081, from SM CARS (USA) Ltd.

The property, leased for 68 months at $700,000, will be used for general industrial warehouse and distribution.

The lessee was represented by Jeff Morey, of Shelton & Associates. The lessor was represented by Russ Jarara, of Colliers International.

The building includes approximately 2,300 square feet of office space and 1,677 square feet of lab/R&D area, one dock loading door, one grade-level door and an 18-foot minimum clearance.



Industrial: Coast Catering has leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 445 Corporate Drive, Suite B, Escondido 92029, from Sierra Contracting. The property was leased for 81 months at $240,640.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Glenn Stokoe, of Lee and Associates.



Industrial: Floral Trade Distributors has leased 4,820 square feet of industrial condominium space at 2591 Pioneer Ave., Suite D, Vista 92081, from Property Reserve Inc.

The property was leased for 39 months at $114,880.

The lessee was represented by Rusty Williams, of Lee & Associates. The lessor was represented by Rob Gunness, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).

The flex space in a 38,285-square-foot building constructed in 1989.



Retail: Foot Massage has leased 1,924 square feet of retail space at 2216 El Camino Real, Suite 201, Oceanside 92056, from Oceanside Nierman LP. The property was leased for 60 months at $113,908.

The lessee was represented by Liliane Liu, of Northland Real Estate Inc.

The lessor was represented by Marc Dudzik of Lee & Associates.

The space is in North County Place, a 47,000-square-foot retail building at 2216-2224 El Camino Real.
