Brewer leases in Oceanside

Industrial: Legacy Brewing Company has leased 4,320 square feet of industrial space at 363 Airport Road, Oceanside 92058, from MAJ Investors.

The property, leased for 60 months at $190,392, will be used for the manufacturing and distribution of beer.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.

In late 2009, Trackoholics leased 4,320 square feet at 363 for 36 months at $111,456, for light motorcycle service and repair. McFadyen and Jim Spain, also of Colliers, represented both parties.



Industrial: Gilbert Technical Services has leased the 2,625-square-foot flex/industrial building in the Balboa Business Center at 4360 Viewridge Ave., Suite A, San Diego 92123, from Lido Investment.

The property was leased for 60 months at $140,000.

The lessee was represented by Josh Burland, of Burland Commercial. The lessor was represented by Ryan Sparks, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).

The industrial/flex building has one grade-level loading door.



Warehouse: Fox Trucks has leased 4,200 square feet of warehouse space in the Pan American Industrial Park at 1405 30th Street, Suite E, San Diego 92154, from Hamman Construction.

The property was leased for 38 months at $100,000.

The lessee was represented by Josh Burland, of Burland Commercial.

The lessor was represented by Bryan Teel, of Newark Grubb Knight Frank.

The 27,450-square-foot industrial/warehouse/manufacturing Pan American building was constructed in 1986 on a 5.9-acre lot.
