The property was leased for 38 months at $100,000.

The lessor was represented by Bryan Teel, of Newark Grubb Knight Frank.
The 27,450-square-foot industrial/warehouse/manufacturing Pan American building was constructed in 1986 on a 5.9-acre lot.
