Arias leases at 450 B Tower

Office: A.V. Arias & Co. has leased 7,078 square feet of office space in the 450 B Tower at 450 B St., San Diego 92101, from BCL. The property was leased for 60 months at $925,000.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Richard Gonor and Bess Wakeman, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

The 19-story, 277,351-square-foot former Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) building was sold in late 2011 for $60.15 million.

Industrial: DHL Global Forwarding has leased 30,700 square feet of industrial space at 6800 Gateway Park Drive, San Diego 92154, from Greenbridge Capital Partners IV, LLC. The property was leased for 36 months at $577,140.

The lessee was represented by Linda Greenberg, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Jeff Brown, Chris Holder and Mickey Morera, of Cushman & Wakefield.



Industrial: The Hertz Family Corporation has leased 3,300 square feet of industrial space at 8039 Balboa Ave., San Diego 92111, from Balboa Ave. San Diego LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $420,500.

The lessee was represented by Geri Savitt, of NAI San Diego. The lessor was represented by Ron Bement, Mickey Morera and Phillip Roberts, of Cushman & Wakefield.



Office: James & Waddle PC has leased 2,247 square feet of office space in the 450 B Tower, 450 B St., San Diego 92101, from BCL. The property was leased for 40 months at $175,000.

The lessee was represented by Jimmy Langley, of Schwartz Commercial Realty. The lessor was represented by Richard Gonor and Bess Wakeman, of Jones Lang LaSalle.



Office: Resolution Rapid Enrollment Solutions, LLC has leased 730 square feet of office space at Solana Beach Corporate Center, 462 Stevens Ave., Solana Beach 92075, from SBCC Holdings, LLC. The property was leased for 38 months at $70,000.

The lessee was represented by Michael Dyer, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor represented itself.



Retail: Norma and Salvador Avalos, dba Tropical Oasis Smoothie Shop, has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Palomar Square, 1355 Broadway, Suite B, Chula Vista 91911, from Russo Suburban Enterprises. The property was leased for 30 months at $54,409.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith and Bill Thaxton, of Flocke and Avoyer.
