Keller Williams leases in Coronado

Retail: Keller Williams Realty has leased 3,100 square feet of retail space at Island Terraces, 1033 B Ave., Coronado 92118, from CLI Inc. The property was leased for 10 years at $773,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Kyle Clark and Kipp Gstettenbauer, of Cushman & Wakefield.



Industrial: San Elijo Dance and Music Academy has leased 4,570 square feet of industrial space at 1635 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, San Marcos 92078, from Koll/Per La Costa Meadows LLC. The property was leased for 33 months at $200,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield, and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.



Office: Scripps Health has leased 1,093 square feet of office space at 450 Fourth Ave., Chula Vista 91910, from Bay Medical Plaza. The property was leased for 36 months at $80,000.

The lessee was represented by Brian Gallagher, of Healthwest Realty Advisors. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield.



Office: Trinity Christian Fellowship has leased 4,840 square feet of office space at 6066 Corte Del Cedro, Carlsbad 92011, from Robert B. Haro. The property was leased for 13 months at $49,368.

The lessee was represented by Ron King and Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Andy Melzer, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.



Industrial: Jeremy McChesney, Maryanne Mikus and Joe Gonzalez have leased 2,980 square feet of industrial space at 1914 W. Mission Ave., Escondido 92029, from Mission Commerce LLC.

The property was leased for 24 months at $49,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Joe McDermott and John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield.



Industrial: Michael Paul Hertel has leased 864 square feet of industrial space at 267 Airport Road, Oceanside 92058, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 24 months at $14,688, will be used for rehearsal space and storage.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
