Jersey Mike's in Carlsbad

Retail: Yada Wada LLC, dba Jersey Mike's Subs has leased 1,204 square feet of retail space at 2521 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 6-104, Carlsbad 92011, from CSDI LLC, c/o Sudberry Properties Inc. The property was leased for 10 years at $614,040.

The lessee was represented by Michael Burton, Danny Fitzgerald and Pasquale Ioele, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Matt Moser, of Retail Insite.


Office: 360 DG SPPS LLC has leased 3,663 square feet of office space in Mission Valley at 2650 Camino del Rio North, Suite 360, San Diego 92108, from Terra Enterprises.

The property, leased for 63 months at $411,428, will be used for general use for a hospitality company.

The lessee was represented by James Pieri Jr., of Gateway Financial. The lessor was represented by Derek Applbaum and Derek Hulse, of Colliers International.

In late 2010, Kimberly Schmidt -- a Realtor doing business as Allison James Real Estate -- leased 671 square feet of office space for 26 months at $23,759.

The three-story, 70,000-square-foot wood and glass office building features an open center courtyard design with angled glass windows. Some parking is covered and the property has separate storage units.


Office: Easter Seals Southern California has leased 4,312 square feet of office space in Kearny Mesa at 9620 Chesapeake Drive, Suite 105, San Diego 92123, from BHK Chesapeake LLC. The property was leased for 64 months at $402,267.

The lessee was represented by Matt Anderson and Dennis Smith, of Travers Realty. The lessor was represented by Tom Wilcox, Derek Applbaum and Derek Hulse, of Colliers International.

The two-story, 38,019-square-foot office building is elevator-served and has a garden atrium with outdoor seating.


Industrial: G & R Upholstery has leased 1,964 square feet of industrial space at 7630 Miramar Road, Suite 2100, San Diego 92126, from . The property was leased for 38 months at $62,237.

The lessee was represented by Wayne Downs, of Foster and Company.

The lessor was represented by Arnie Friedman, Ty Moffatt and Evan McDonald, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Providence Venture Inc. has leased 1,329 square feet of industrial space at 9434 Chesapeake Drive, Suite 1212, San Diego 92123, from Gateway West Properties Inc. The property, leased for 36 months at $45,474, will be used for a general office and warehouse for a contracting company.

The lessee was represented by Mike Bench, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Sean Williams and Ryan Sparks, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).
