Kellermeyer Bergensons in O'side

Office: Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC renewed its lease on 10,519 square feet of office space in Ocean Ranch Plaza at 3605 Ocean Ranch Blvd., Oceanside 92056, from MS Kearny CPB2-LLC. The renewal, for 64 months at $1,006,000, will be used for janitorial, facilities and maintenance services.

The lessee was represented by Tom Van Betten, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Bob Willingham and Ron King, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Built in 2007, Ocean Ranch Plaza consists of a two-story, Class A, 40,000-square-foot office building; a 40,000-square-foot medical office building occupied by Kaiser Permanente; 26,000 square feet of retail shops; and a 126-room Marriott Residence Inn.

The plaza is in Oceanside's Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, a 400-acre business and industrial park.

In mid-2007, Bergensons Property Services Inc. signed a five-year, $1.4 million lease for 11,107 square feet of office space at 3605 Ocean Ranch.

Kellermeyer Building Services was founded in 1969, Bergensons Property Services was founded 1984.

The two companies merged in 2011, creating Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), the largest provider of cleaning and related services to retail chains in North America.


Office: University of San Diego has leased 1,920 square feet of office space at 110 West C St., San Diego 92101, from Chamber Building LP. The property was leased for 60 months at $191,000.

The lessee was represented by Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Stacy Meronoff, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Retail: Nash Maroki has leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 2990 Jamacha Road, El Cajon 92019, from PRSD LP. The property was leased for 36 months at $75,465.

The lessee was represented by John Estefanos, of AmeriCapital Brokerage. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer, Kyle Clark and Matt Davis, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Sorenson Media Inc. has leased 1,921 square feet of office space in Carlsbad Pacific Center, 703 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad 92011, from Cognac Carlsbad Pacific Center LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $48,000, will be used for video encoding solutions.

The lessee was represented by Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield.

The lessor was represented by Joe Anderson and Brooks Campbell, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.


Retail: San Diego Cabinets Inc. has leased 3,149 square feet of retail space at 2750 Auto Park Way, Escondido 92029, from Smiser San Diego LLC. The property was leased for 24 months at $33,000.

The lessee was represented by Conor Boyle, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer, of Cushman & Wakefield.
