Picture It On Canvas in Poway

Warehouse: Picture It On Canvas has leased the 33,652-square-foot flex industrial/warehouse building at 12525 Stowe Drive, Poway 92064, from The French Company. The building was leased for 48 months at $1.1 million.

The lessee was represented by Todd Murphy, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Jay Alexander and Ryan Grove, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

The single-story building was constructed in 1987 on a 1.93-acre lot.

The property includes 60 parking spaces. The building has four dock-high loading doors, one grade-level door and a clear ceiling height of 24 feet.


Office: Elizabeth Hospice has leased 3,187 square feet of office space in the 78,677-square-foot Carmel View Office Plaza, 15373 Innovation Drive, San Diego, 92128, from Arden Realty. The property was leased for 60 months at $302,127.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech, of CDC Commercial Inc. The lessor was represented by Jay Alexander and Chaneng Joe, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

Carmel View Office Plaza is a three-story office building with 25,800-square-foot floorplates built in 1985.

In early 2012, First Associates Loan Servicing LLC leased 12,373 square feet for 36 months at $631,000.

Other recent tenants are Pamela S. Lint in late 2011 with 1,003 square feet for 36 months at $50,150 and BETA Healthcare Group with 4,425 square feet for 66 months at $514,627.


Warehouse: Millennium Laboratories Inc. has leased 9,848 square feet of warehouse space at 11035 Technology Place, San Diego, 92127, in the 215,112-square-foot, industrial/warehouse Rancho Bernardo Distribution Center, from CWCA Rancho Bernardo 79 LLC. The property was leased for 38 months at $253,088.

The lessee was represented by Jay Alexander and Ryan Grove, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). Dave Harper, of Colliers International, represented the lessor.

The distribution center has a warehouse clear ceiling height of 24 feet minimum, rear loading, and deck-high and grade-level doors.
