Discounter in San Ysidro

Retail: American Duty Free LLC has leased 13,618 square feet of retail space at El Toreador Plaza, 601 E. San Ysidro Blvd., Suites 105-130, San Diego 92173, from El Toreador Properties Group LP. The property was leased for eight years at $2 million.

The lessee was represented by Joe Yetter and Mike Clark, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Javier Serhan, of Cedar Realty Group.



Retail: ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. has leased 9,809 square feet of retail space at The Plaza at Imperial Valley, at the northeast corner of Dogwood Road and Danenberg Drive, Suite O, El Centro 92243, from RJFP LLC, c/o The Russ Group Inc. The property was leased for 10 years at $2 million.

The lessee was represented by Ron Pepper, of Retail Insite. The lessor was represented by Mike Clark and Joe Yetter, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.



Retail: Dollar Tree Stores Inc. (Nasdaq: DLTR) has leased 10,310 square feet of retail space at San Ysidro Village, 4520 Camino de la Plaza, Suite L, San Diego 92173, from Westwood Financial Corporation. The property was leased for 63 months at $1.1 million.

The lessee was represented by Scott Burns, of Wilson Commercial. The lessor was represented by Joe Yetter and Mike Clark, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.

San Ysidro Village is a 261,600-square-foot shopping center at 4330-4558 Camino de la Plaza.

The retail center is anchored by K-Mart (98,194 square feet), Marshalls (31,050) and Ross Dress for Less (30,000).



Office: Hear X West LLC has leased 1,120 square feet of office space at Eastlake Village Center South, 2220 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista 91915, from Eastlake Village Ventures LLC.

The property, leased for five years at $248,181, will be used for an audiology office.

The lessee was represented by Coreland Companies. The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.
