(Bloomberg) -- Taylor Morrison Home Corp., a builder of homes in the United States and Canada, doubled the amount it will seek in a U.S. initial public offering to $500 million.

BioMed Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: BMR) has priced its public offering of 12.7 million shares of its common stock at $20.50 per share, bringing in approximately $260.4 million in gross proceeds. The offering is expected to close on or about Feb. 19.

The 32-unit apartment complex at 3604 Georgia St., San Diego 92103, has been sold for $3,325,000, cash.

The free-standing, approximately 7,868-square-foot retail building in the Rolando neighborhood at 6075 University Ave., San Diego 92115, has been sold for $1,875,000.

Grocery Outlet has leased 15,292 square feet of retail space at 9805 Campo Road, Spring Valley 91977, from CIF Holdings LLC. The property, in the Casa de Oro Plaza shopping center, was leased for 10 years at $1,886,268, for a grocery store.
