On the Move: Oemcke named Trigild CFO

Mark E. Oemcke has been named chief financial officer of the Trigild receivership and property management firm.

Oemcke will oversee all accounting functions, and take charge of leading and managing the financial structure of Trigild, which works with commercial, hospitality, retail, multifamily, industrial and petroleum properties nationwide.

Oemcke spent the last three years as CFO of Equastone, a privately held commercial real estate landlord and fund manager which was a victim of the real estate crash.

During his tenure there, he was primarily responsible for liquidation of the company, which included dealing with both investors and lenders.

Phil Sambazis has been named a senior director of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' National Retail Group in San Diego.

Sambazis joined Marcus & Millichap in March 2006.

He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers and net-leased investments throughout the United States.

Elizabeth de Buenrostro has returned to N.N. Jaeschke -- the company her late mother Nora Jaeschke, founded in 1971 -- as director of business development.

Buenrostro has more than 25 years of direct community association management experience and has served as a director of homeowner relations for major developers.

Kelley Brewster has been named a community association management supervisor at Jaeschke where she will oversee a community association portfolio

Brewster began her community management career in 1999, and has experience overseeing more than 280 communities representing more than 35,000 units.

Christopher J. Musgjerd has joined The Irving Group as a broker associate.

Musgjerd, who is responsible for market research and business development was formerly an associate of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Earlier, he specialized in small- and mid-sized business account sales for St. George Bank and international fund management for MacQuarie Bank in Sydney, Australia.

Dale Kain has been appointed vice president and district manager of PCL Construction Services Inc.'s San Diego district office.

Kain was appointed San Diego district manager in 2010, after serving as director of corporate development at PCL Construction's US head office in Denver. Currently, Kain serves on the board of directors for the Downtown San Diego Partnership.

Tim Mills has been named to the San Diego office of CBRE (NYSE: CBG) as a vice president of industrial services.

With more than 26 years experience in commercial real estate, Mills will provide sale, leasing and investment services in the Central San Diego market. He was formerly a director at Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego and a vice president with Burnham Real Estate before C&W absorbed it.

Sandi Rimer has been named as a broker associate of Prudential California Realty's Del Mar office.

With a background in real estate that spans more than 32 years, Rimer formerly worked with Coldwell Banker and has served as chairwoman of the Rotary Club of La Jolla Golden Triangle.
