McMillin Homes reported 11 of 12 first phase homes sold the first day of the grand opening of 114-home Castilla, the final neighborhood of homes to be built within master-planned, 1,600-acre Rancho del Rey in Chula Vista. The 12th home was sold within the week. Castilla's three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,496 to 3,212 square feet. The prices range from $285,990 to $310,990.
Pardee Homes on Saturday will release six homes at its 110-home Belle Fleur neighborhood in Sabre Springs. The five-to seven-bedroom floor plans range from 3,065 to 4,000 square feet and are priced from the $420,000s to the $590,000s.
McMillin Homes on Saturday will release the second phase of 10 homes at its 154-home Willows neighborhood in Scripps Ranch Villages in San Diego. Prices will range from $319,990 to $360,990. McMillin said nine of 10 first-phase homes were sold within hours on a recent Saturday morning when sales were opened for the first time. Four two-story, four- and five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,257 to 2,828 square feet.
Presley Homes reports 18 homes remain for sale at The Bluffs at Carmel Heights, one of the two last projects to be built in Carmel Mountain Ranch. The Bluffs is expected to close out by the end of the year. The two-story, three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 1,839 to 2,273 square feet and are priced from $275,900 to $357,900.
McMillin Homes reports that 107, or 80 percent, of 132 homes have been sold at its Mallorca development at Rancho del Rey in Chula Vista. The three two-story, three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,625 to 2,066 square feet and are priced from $199,900 to $241,900.
Presley Homes reports nine homes remain for sale at its Discovery Meadows, the final neighborhood to be built at Discovery Hills in San Marcos. The three- to five-bedroom homes range from 1,437 to 2,194 square feet and are priced from $188,900 to $223,900.
McMillin Homes on Saturday is releasing seven homes as phase 3B at its 73-home Sunrise neighborhood at master-planned Temeku Hills Golf & Country Club in Temecula. Three one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,726 to 2,584 square feet and offer two- to six-bedrooms. Prices start in the low $170,000s.
Ryland Homes reports sales have reached 201 this year through September at The Colony in Murrieta. The two- and three-bedroom floor plans range from 1,495 to 1,764 square feet and are priced from $195,990 to $258,990. With nearly 1,100 homes sold overall, Ryland expects to sell the final Colony homes by Christmas, according to Ryland Southern California Division President Chris Beucler.
