That activity brought to 170 the number of homes sold in four neighborhoods under construction. At buildout, Rolling Hills Ranch is planned for 2,600 homes in 13 neighborhoods in east Chula Vista.
Ayres Land Company reports Fieldstone Communities Inc. has sold 23 of 24 homes released at its Fieldstone Horizons neighborhood at Sunbow in Chula Vista, and Shea Homes has sold 10 of 15 homes released at its Daybreak neighborhood since the August grand opening. Fieldstone has released another dozen homes priced from $214,990 in the planned 218-unit project. Four two-story floor plans range from 1,923 to 2,648 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Homes as Sunbow range from 1,923 to 2,648 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s.
TopMark Communities LLC on Saturday will hold a grand opening for the models at its StoneRidge Estates in Alpine. The neighborhood of 34 homes offers four one- and two-story floor plans from 3,028 to 3,727 square feet with three and four bedrooms. Introductory prices range from $379,990 to $464,990.
Pardee Homes has released the final nine homes of Mayfield at Del Mar Highlands, San Diego. Prices at the 81-home development start in the low $400,000s. Three floor plans range from 2,054 to 2,645 square feet with four to five bedrooms.
Brookfield Homes has released the final four houses at its 92-unit Americana at Scripps Ranch Villages in San Diego. Prices range from $338,900 to $374,900. Americana's trio of two-story floor plans range from 2,502 to 3,039 square feet with four to six bedrooms.

Barratt American reports 22 sales have been logged at its Knightsbridge development in Olivenhain and that 28 homes are under construction valued at more than $28 million. The homes are priced from $1,026,000 to $1,147,000. Knightsbridge will total 60 homes with floor plans from 4,489 to 5,513 square feet and three to six bedrooms.
Brookfield Homes reports the Imagine, Pastimes and Westwind neighborhoods at Chase Ranch in South Corona have sold out. The three neighborhoods total 378 single-family homes. Sales opened in May 1996. Brookfield plans to begin development of a 180-home neighborhood at Chase Ranch called Harvest. The one- and two-story floor plans range from 2,100 to 3,150 square feet with prices expected to start in the $180,000s.
Barratt American reports sales of 111 homes at its Mirada on the green at master-planned Moreno Valley Ranch in Moreno Valley. Sales on the 13th phase have begun at prices from $206,490 to $273,490. The planned 150 homes offer two-story floor plans from 2,248 to 2,653 square feet with three or four bedrooms.
