Brookfield Homes on Saturday will open model homes at its Sundance at Scripps Ranch Villages. The three- and four-bedroom homes at Sundance range from 1,779 to 2,100 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Presley Homes on Saturday will open models at its Allegra neighborhood in Carmel Mountain Ranch. A first phase of 16 homes will be released for sale on Nov. 7. The two- to four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,405 to 1,801 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s.
Brookfield Homes on Saturday will release nine homes at its Waterford at the Lake at Scripps Ranch Villages. The one- and two-story homes have four- to six-bedroom floor plans ranging from 3,255 to 3,981 square feet and are priced from the low $500,000s.
M. Grant Construction Inc. has sold 12 of the 20 homes released in late September at its 43-unit Prospect Hills II development in Santee. The four- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 1,768 to 2,363 square feet. The prices range from $239,900.
Brehm Communities has sold 18 of 19 homes released at its Holly Oaks Ranch development in Ramona. The 2,603-3,117-square-foot floor plans offer four or five bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.
Barratt American reports six homes have been sold during the preview sales period at its Venezia Del Mar development in San Diego. Introductory prices range from $610,000 to $750,000. The three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 3,041 to 3,740 square feet.
Ryland Homes has begun preview sales at its Rancho San Vicente development in Ramona. The first phase of 20 of the three-bedroom homes, which range from 2,011 to 2,455 square feet and are priced from $209,990 to $235,990.
Tech-Bilt Homes has released 12 homes for sale at its Bernardo Santa Fe development in Rancho Bernardo. The homes range from 2,205 to 3,340 square feet in three- to five-bedroom floor plans. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s to the high $400,000s.
MSK Group of Carlsbad and Heartland of Seattle have formed a limited liability company called Heartland Village LLC to develop a 665-acre, 2,000-home development in Hemet for active adults 55 and older. Prices are anticipated to range from the low $100,000s. Groundbreaking is scheduled for next spring. The developers have secured a $38 million loan from New Jersey-based Mountain Funding to develop the initial phases.
Along with the homes, the project will have an 18-hole golf course, an auditorium/concert hall tennis courts, pools and spas.
Barratt American has released a final phase of six homes at its Tuscany development in Upland. The two- to four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,645 to 2,145 square feet and are priced from $251,990 to $271,990. Sixty-nine of the planned 80 homes have been sold.
Ryland Homes has sold 90 homes in 13 months at The Estates at The Colony in Murrieta and has released the 10-home eleventh phase priced from $190,990 to $202,990. The single-level floor plans range from 1,854 to 2,086 square feet with two or three bedroom.
