Davidson Communities reports five of the eight homes released last weekend have been sold at its Amador development in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego. The 62-home neighborhood offers two-story floor plans from 3,760 to 4,471 square feet with four to seven bedrooms. Prices for the homes in the second phase ranged from $619,900 to $769,900
Centex Homes reports ten sales to date at its Brook Hills neighborhood in Fallbrook. Eight homes are currently available from the low $500,000s to the mid-$700,000s. The planned 74 homes at Brook Hills will offer six floor plans from 3,000 to more than 6,300 square feet with three to seven bedrooms.
Barratt American reports 71 of a planned 80 homes have been sold at its Tuscany development in the Upland Hills Country Club in Upland, and that the three models have gone on the market. The models are priced from $279,990 to $297,630. Six production homes are priced from $233,990 to $271,990. The 80 homes offered four floor plans from 1,645 to 2,145 square feet with two to four bedrooms.
Innovative Resort Communities of San Diego reports seven reservations have been made in two weeks at The Masters at PGA West in La Quinta. The planned 69 homes offer four floor plans from 3,570 to over 4,600 square feet. Prices range from $650,000 to $1.3 million. The models will open in April 1999 and the first phase will be completed in July.
