StoneCrest Village's four new housing developments in Murphy Canyon are experiencing strong sales activity, according to master developer California Pacific Homes.

Bridgeport by K. Hovnanian has sold half of its 80 new single-family homes with a dozen more to be released this month. The floor plans range from 2,145 square feet to 2,285 square feet with up to five bedrooms and are priced from the $300,000s.

Saratoga, a second K. Hovnanian collection, has reported 64 sales to date with eight more homes being released this month. The floor plans range from 1,094 square feet to 1,390 square feet with up to three bedrooms. The prices range from the $170,000s.

Richmond American Home's Westport development has released 42 residences that are more than two-thirds sold. The eventual 88-home development, with up to five bedrooms and floor plans from 2,264 square feet to 2,947 square feet, has prices starting from the mid-$300,000s.

Presley Homes has sold the first 19 homes of its 110-home Stratford Place cluster development. The floorplans, with up to four bedrooms, range from 1,310 square feet to 1,675 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s.

The 4.5-acre StoneCrest Village recreation center features a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a tot lot, an exercise room, patio area, community meeting and banquet rooms and a lounge area.


Centex Homes plans to open model homes at its Silverado at Otay Ranch development on Saturday. The developer reports 70 percent of the first phase has been sold. Remaining first-phase homes are priced from $193,080 to $210,155. A trio of three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 1,513 square feet to 1,798 square feet.


Lucas & Mercier Development reports a fifth phase of 14 homes is being released for sale this weekend at The Heartland at Ivey Ranch in Oceanside. Four one- and two-story, three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,160 square feet to 3,277 square feet and are priced from the $230,000s.


McMillin Homes has announced a final phase of eight homes will been released for sale Saturday at its Mallorca development at Rancho del Rey in Chula Vista. The new release is priced from $198,990 to $231,990. Mallorca's 132 homes offer a trio of two-story, three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,625 square feet to 2,066 square feet.


Shea Homes plans to release new phases Sunday at its Bolero and Daybreak developments in the South Bay area.

The 240-unit condominium Bolero will release nine units as its seventh phase at Rancho del Rey in Chula Vista offers two- and three-bedroom floor plans from 1,025 square feet to 1,355 square feet. Prices range from the $120,000s.

Daybreak, releasing eight homes as part of its second phase, features 112 homes in three two-story floor plans ranging from 1,587 square feet to 2,518 square feet with three to six bedrooms. Prices range from the $230,000s.


McMillin Cos. will release on Saturday 10 homes as part of the third phase at its Willows development in Scripps Ranch Villages in San Diego. The new release is priced from $315,990 to $365,990. Willows offers four two-story floor plans from 2,257 square feet to 2,828 square feet with four and five bedrooms. In its first three months, the 154-unit development has sold 34 homes.


Brookfield Cos. has named the Design Line interior-design firm for the model-home complex at its 140-home Barrington at Calavera Hills development in Carlsbad. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,925 square feet to 2,275 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s.


McMillin Cos. plans to release 11 homes as part of the third phase at its 118-unit Riviera development in Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club in Temecula. Prices range from the high $170,000s to the mid-$200,000s. The four one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,836 square feet to 2,583 square feet and offer three and four bedrooms.


Barratt American reports 10 sales have been logged from the recently released third phase of its Monterey Collection in Quartz Hills in Lancaster. The recent release is priced from $224,990 to $263,490. The 80 homes offer three two-story floor plans from 2,498 square feet to 3,365 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
