Pacific Bay Homes said it will add 45 homes to its 107-home Kensington Road development at 1,200-acre, master-planned Rolling Hills Ranch in Chula Vista. Kensington Road offered three- to five-bedroom homes ranging from 1,675 to 2,447 square feet, priced from the $220,000s to the $270,000s.


Shea Homes reports a fourth phase of 17 homes, priced from the low- to mid-$200,000s, is being released for sale Sunday at its 112-home Daybreak development in 707-acre Sunbow in Chula Vista. The four one- and two-story, three- to six-bedroom floor plans range from 1,587 to 2,518 square feet.


Keystone Communities has announced three of six homes have been sold from the recently released third and final phase of its 27-home Savanna development in Escondido. The remaining homes are priced from the low $400,000s. Savanna offered a pair of four- and five-bedroom floor plans from 3,029 to 3,159 square feet.


Shea Homes San Diego on Sunday is releasing three model homes and the sixth phase of its Torrey Point neighborhood at Torrey Hills in San Diego. Production home prices start in the high $400,000s. Torrey Point offers four- and five-bedroom floor plans from 2,753 to 3,101 square feet.


Ashbrook Communities reports more than 500 people showed up and six homes were sold during the opening weekend of its Alegria at Buenavida development in San Marcos. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 2,704 to 3,230 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s.


TopMark Communities LLCreports the eight-home first phase has one unit remaining, and six of 12 homes in the second phase have been sold at its StoneRidge Estates development in Alpine. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 3,028 to 3,727 square feet and are priced from $380,000 to $490,000


Techbilt Construction Corp. is offering 20 homes at its Bernardo Santa Fe and its Del Lago developments just north of Rancho Bernardo.

Bernardo Santa Fe has 10 homes ranging from 2,205 to 3,340 square feet with up to four bedrooms and are priced from $360,000 to $490,000.

Del Lago has 10 four- and five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,186 to 2,447 square feet. Prices range from $350,000 to $448,000.


Pardee Construction Co. has released a phase of six homes from its Belle Fleur development at Sabre Springs in San Diego. The up to five-bedroom floor plans range from 3,065 to 3,987 square feet and are priced from $414,900 to $529,900.


Ryland Homes reports 10 sales reservations were made during a recent weekend at its Oasis at Menifee Lakes active retirement development in Menifee. The homes range from 1,295 to 2,455 square feet with two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Prices range from the $140,000s to the $230,000s.


Pardee Construction recently won a MAME award for best interior design for a model at its Sea Breeze at Ocean View Hills development in the South Bay. The up to five-bedroom floor plans range from 1,973 to 2,353 square feet and are priced from $212,900 to $255,900. The model interior was designed by Susan Drews, principal of CDA Express of Newbury Park. CDA is a division of Color Design Art.
