Kaufman & Broad sold out its 72-home Westfield neighborhood, and 73 of a planned 95 units in its Parkridge neighborhood. Parkridge offers floor plans from 1,963 to 2,672 square feet with up to six bedrooms from the mid-$300,000s.
Shea Homes' The Monterey Collection has sold 90 of 94 units planned. The homes ranged from 2,190 to 3,080 square feet priced from the high $300,000s.
Standard Pacific has sold 69 of 77 units. The homes range from 2,490 to 3,325 square feet with up to five bedrooms from the low $400,000s.
Greystone at La Costa has sold 91 or 117 units planned. The homes offer up to 2,800 square feet and five bedrooms priced from the high $300,000s.

The Preserve by Standard Pacific will offer three- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,037 to 2,796 square feet, Prices are expected to range from the low $400,000s.
The Enclave by Centex Homes will offer three- to five-bedroom residences ranging from 2,037 to 2,796 square feet. Prices are expected to start in the low $400,000s.
Meadow Creek LLC will hold a grand opening Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16 at its 96-home Meadow Creek development overlooking the San Luis Rey Valley in North County. The one- and two-story floor plans designed by Case Group Architects range from 1,707 to 2,112 square feet and are priced from the $180,000s.
Brookfield Homes reports all but one of 19 homes, released as the sixth phase on May 8 of its 92-home Sundance at Scripps Ranch Villages homes, have been sold from $284,900 to $361,900. The two-story, three- to four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,779 to 2,100 square feet.
Centex Homes on Saturday will hold a grand opening of the models at its Brook Hills development in Fallbrook. The first three phases already have been released in presales, and 17 have been sold. The six three- to seven-bedroom floor plans range from 3,000 to more than 6,300 square feet. Prices range from the low $600,000s to $756,000.
Barratt American has released six homes in the second phase of its Beachwood development in Oceanside. The three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,343 to 2,963 square feet and are priced from $257,990 to $339,990.
Pardee Homes has released nine homes for sale at its Belmont at Country Highlands development in the Carmel Valley. The five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,763 to 3,483 square feet and are priced from $486,900 to $702,550.
Barratt American reports model home construction is under way and a grand opening has been set for July at its Rembrandt development in northern Temecula. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,715 to 2,277 square feet and are priced from the $150,000s to the $180,000s.
