Techbilt Construction Corp. reports sales have reached the two thirds mark at its 248-home Bernardo Santa Fe development, and only nine homes are left for sale at its Del Lago on the Greens project. Both developments are at Lomas del Lago Estates development, north of Rancho Bernardo.
Bernardo Santa Fe has three single-story, three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,205 to 2,801 square feet. Prices range from $360,000 to $490,000 for move-in ready homes and from $368,000 to $499,000 for a dozen that currently are under construction.
The nine homes at Del Lago on the Greens range from 1,730 to 2,447 square feet in three- to five-bedroom floor plans and are priced from $350,000 to $448,000.
Barratt American reports 12 homes have been sold at its 22-home Pacific Crest development in Leucadia for a total of more than $12 million. The three- to six-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 3,474 to 5,012 square feet, are priced from $969,000 to $1.4 million.
The Corky McMillin Cos. reports more than 400 visitors toured models at its Northwind development, and 17 homes remain for sale at Shea Homes' Ironwood project. Both are in the Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club development in Temecula.
Northwind, which just opened a week ago, has sold six homes. The two- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,689 to 2,422 square feet. Prices range from $186,990 to just under $200,000.
The two- to four-bedroom floor plans at Ironwood range from 1,424 to 1,981 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s.
Other active developments in the Temeku Hills project include The Masters, Riviera and Sunrise, all by McMillin.
The Masters has sold five homes this year and features three- to five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,515 to 3,557 square feet, with prices from the low $300,000s.
Sunrise has sold 13 homes since January. The two- to six-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,726 to 2,584 square feet, start in the $170,000s.
Riviera has sold 32 homes in 1999. The two- to four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,836 to 2,583 square feet, start in the $180,000s.
Gateway Elite reports 13 of 26 homes have been sold at its Gateway Collections development in Temecula. The three- to six-bedroom floor plans range from 2,781 to 4,139 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s.
Ryland Homes reports 17 homes have been reserved off blueprints at The Oasis in Menifee. The retirement community features three neighborhoods. The two- and three-bedroom floor plans range from 1,295 to 2,455 square feet and are priced from the $140,000s to the $230,000s.
