Included is one single-level, three-bedroom floor plan of 2,287 square feet priced at $320,500; and six two-story, five-bedroom floor plan of 2.540 square feet priced from $309,500.
Ryland Homes reports10 sales were recorded last weekend at the opening of model homes in its Twin Oaks Valley Ranch development in San Marcos. A total of 109 of a planned 322 homes have been sold at the project that features three neighborhoods.
At the Arbor Collection, 65 of a planned 85 homes have been sold. The three-floor plans of three and four bedrooms range from 1,656 to 2,158 square feet on one and two levels. Prices range from $219,990 to $275,990.
Nineteen of the planned 137 Monterey Collection homes have been sold. Three-floor plans range from 1,973 to 2,546 square feet on one and two levels with three to six bedrooms. Prices range from $254,990 to $299,990.
One-fourth of Highlands Collection's 100 homes have been sold. Three one- and two-story floor plans with three to five bedrooms range from 2,257 to 3,172 square feet. Prices range from $299,990 to $374,990.
Pinnacle Communities this weekend will hold a grand opening at its 35-home Hidden Ridge development in Carlsbad. Three two-story floor plans range from 2,230 to 3,200 square feet with four- to six-bedrooms. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s.
Shea Homes on Sunday will release 20 new homes for sale, 10 each at its Fairfield and Summerfield developments in Otay Ranch. The 86-home Fairfield neighborhood has three one- and two-story, three- to six-bedroom floor plans from 2,505 to 3,625 square feet.
The 94-home Summerfield has three one- and two-story floor plans from 2,388 to 2,989 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Prices at both neighborhoods range from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$300,000s.
Ryland Homes has 20 homes remaining at its Malaguena neighborhood at master-planned California Oaks in Murrieta and is releasing 10 as part of the eighth and final phase, priced from $169,990 to $224,140. Malaguena's three-floor plans range from 1,783 to 2,646 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Gateway Elite reports seven homes are under construction in the third phase of its Gateway Collections development in Temecula, and another six are ready for occupancy. The three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,781 to 4,139 square feet. Prices range from the low $300,000s.
