Innovative Resort Communities has purchased 23 lots in the Cielo in Rancho Santa Fe. The purchase price was $9.5 million.
Situated on sites averaging from one to two acres, the collection of homes will range from 5,700 to 7,000 square feet and will be priced from $1.5 million to just less than $2 million.
"Each home we build will complement the specific topographical features and view orientation of each home site," said Tom Dobron, Innovative Communities president. "Our goal is to let the configurations of the land and views guide us in the design of these homes."

The Azores collection will feature two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 1,295 to 1,771 square feet. The prices range from $149,990 to $177,990.
The Aegeans Collection offers two- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,653 to 1,973 square feet. Prices range from $209,990 to $235,990.
