Barratt American reports 20 of the 61 homes planned for its Beachwood develoment in Oceanside have been sold. Four two-story floor plans from 2,343 to 2,963 square feet with three to five bedrooms are offered. Prices range from $291,990 to $336,990.
McMillin Homes reports five home sales at the recent grand opening of its 199-home Legands neighborhood at Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club in Temecula. A total of 11 homes have been sold in the first two phases. There are 16 homes currently available priced from the low to mid-$200,000s. Legends offers two single-level and a pair of two-story floor plans from 1,814 to 2,590 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Other neighborhoods by McMillin at master-planned, 1,350-home Temeku Hills are 118-unit Riviera with one home remaining; the 24-unit The Masters, with four one- and two-story floor plans from 2,515 to 3,557 square feet priced from the low $300,000s; Sunrise, planned for 73 homes with three one- and two-story floor plans from 1, 726 to 2,584 square feet priced from the $170,000s; and Northwind, a 196-home neighborhood at build-out with three one- and two-story floor plans from1,689 to 2,422 square feet priced from the high $160,000s.
Barratt American reports that 40 of a planned 142 homes at its Rembrandt community in Temecula have been sold since the grand opening three months ago. The developer has opened sales on 11 homes in the eighth and ninth phases. One- and two-story floor plans range from 1,715 to 2,529 square feet with three and four bedrooms.
