Shea Homes San Diego announced plans to build Parkside, a new 48-home neighborhood in Carlsbad. Parkside will feature four two-story floor plans from 1,853 to 2,265 square feet with three or four bedrooms. With a beach cottage design by The Case Group Architects, the home will be priced from the high $200,000s.
Morrow Development, master planner of La Costa Valley, announces three home builders for the newest phase of 316 homes. Davidson Communities will build 99 homes, K. Hovanian will build 108 and Greystone Homes will build 109. The construction of models has begun. La Costa Valley will build out to 1,073 homes in 11 neighborhoods.
Brehm Homes has four homes remaining from the fourth phase of its Serenata at Aviara in Carlsbad. Serenata's one- and two-story homes range from 2,690 to 4,190 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices start in the high $400,000s.
Brookfield Homes reports all eight homes released Feb. 5 at Terraza at Scripps Ranch were sold over last weekend. The homes were priced from $530,000 to $740,000. Terraza floor plans range from 2,809 to 3,645 square feet with four or five bedrooms.
Centex Homes has three homes remaining for sale at its Crestview neighborhood in Encinitas. Twelve units of the 15-home project have been sold since it opened in the summer of 1999. Ryland Homes reports sales at its 241-home Rancho San Vicente community in Ramona have nearly reach halfway with 112 sales in just more than a year. Two home types currently available range from 2,011 to 3,179 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices range from $254,990 to $351,525.
TopMark Communities is presenting the final phase of nine homes at its 34-home StoneRidge Estates in Alpine. Prices range from $400,000 to $515,000. StoneRidge offers five one- and two-story floor plans from 3,028 to 3,778 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
TopMark has also recently opened its Vista Grande Estates development of seven homes in the Cottonwood area of East County. Prices range from $495,000 to $545,000. Three floor plans range from 3,707 to 3,778 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Fieldstone reports two production homes and three models remaining for sale at Las Brisas in Paseo del Sol in Temecula. The production homes are 1,983 square feet with four bedrooms priced from $184,350 to $188,960. The models range from 1,750 to 2,146 square feet with three or four bedrooms. Ryland Homes reports 10 sales at its recently opened 123-unit Hometown neighborhood in Rancho Cucamonga. The second phase is currently being marketed from $299,990 to $339,990. One- and two-story floor plans range from 2,566 to 4,027 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
Barratt American announced 23 sales at its 87-home Sundance community in Antelope Valley's Rosamond, and the launch of fifth-phase prices from $135,490 to $140,990. Four one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,586 to 2,529 square feet with three or four bedrooms.
Ryland Homes reports a total 47 sales to date in three neighborhoods at The Oasis, its adult community in Minifee. An ultimate 1,150 homes are planned. The three neighborhoods range from 1,259 to 2,455 square feet in single-level floor plans with two to four bedrooms. Prices range from $149,990 to $314,210.
Barratt American reports seven preview sales of phase three homes at its Olive Hill Ranch in Murrieta. Third phase prices range from $415,990 to $470,990. Olive Hill offers five one- and two-story floor plans from 3,212 to 3,921 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
