McMillin Homes announced it will add 104 homes to its original plan for the Veranda neighborhood in the master-planned McMillin Lomas Verdes in Otay Ranch.
The addition will more than double the original Veranda plan to 191 single-family homes. The neighborhood opened in May 1999 and has sold 46 homes.
Veranda offers a trio of two-story homes in floor plans from 1,976 to 2,454 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
The 300-acre first phase of McMillin Lomas Verdes will total 1,500 homes.
Brookfield Homes reports all 61 homes have been sold at its Bella Lago neighborhood at Aviara in Carlsbad. The one- and two-story homes ranged from 3,011 to 4,824 square feet in three floor plans. Prices started in the $600,000s. Bella Lago was Brookfield's final neighborhood in Aviara.
Last Saturday, the homebuilder released the sixth phase of its 140-home Barrington at Calavera Hills in Carlsbad priced from $287,900. The two-story homes range from 1,957 to 2,287 square feet with three and four bedrooms.
Davidson Communities reports six of the 10 first-phase homes at The Meadows Del Mar have been sold. The project consists of 21 homes starting at $1,239,000. Three floor plans range from 4,893 to 5,955 square feet with up to six bedrooms.
Centex Homes reports that in the past month there has been 13 homes sold at its Silverado neighborhood and eight sold in Chaparral at Otay Ranch in Chula Vista.
Silverado's 163 homes offer three floor plans from 1,513 to 1,789 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices range from $211,990 to $234,355.
Chaparral's 146 homes offer three floor plans from 1,875 to 2,089 square feet with two to five bedrooms. Prices range from $239,130 to $247,485.
Lucas & Mercier Development has opened three furnished models at its 42-home Willowcreek in Vista. The quarter of one- and two-story floor plans range from 2,159 to 3,277 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
Ryland Homes has released the 11-home 13th phase of its Rancho San Vicente in Ramona. Prices range from $244,990 to $298,505. In 14 months, Rancho San Vicente has had 113 sales of a planned 241 homes. Single-level floor plans range from 2,011 to 3,179 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Reynolds Communities reports eight of its planned 70-home Sun River development in Alpine remain for sale. Sun River offers four two-story floor plans from 1,565 to 1,938 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices start in the low $200,000s.
Barratt American reports 27 of the planned 46 homes of its Victoria Ranch in San Marcos have been sold. Currently in its fifth phase, homes are priced from $525,990 to $644,630. The single-level floor plans range from 3,175 to 3,921 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
Ryland Homes reports 11 sales at its Hometown development in Rancho Cucamonga. The second phase is currently being offered at $299,990 to $339,990. The one- and two-story floor plans range from 2,566 to 4,027 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
Innovative Resort Communities said a dozen homes have been sold at its Masters development at PGA-West in La Quinta, and that 16 homes will be released as the third phase. Four floor plans range from 3,579 to 4,621 square feet. Prices range from $673,000 to $1.26 million.
Ryland Homes reports 55 homes have been sold at The Oasis in Menifee. The development held its grand opening January 22. The senior development has three distinct neighborhoods with prices from $142,000 to $314,210. Single-level floor plans range from 1,295 to 2,455 square feet with two to four bedrooms.
