Barratt American has released for sale the decorated models at three of its developments, and Pinnacle Communities is selling the models at its Carlsbad project.
Barratt is offering eight models at three of its North County projects: Knightsbridge Country Estates in Olivenhain, Victoria Ranch in San Marcos, and Beachwood in Oceanside.
The pair of Knightsbridge models are 4,575 and 5,513 square feet with four and five bedrooms. They are priced at $1,399,000 and $1,599,000. The trio of models at Victoria Ranch range from 3,175 to 3,921 square feet with three to five bedrooms priced from $681,990 to $707,990. The three Beachwood models range from 2,512 to 2,963 square feet with three to five bedrooms priced from $345,990 to $409,990.
Pinnacle is offering the trio of furnished models at its Hidden Ridge development in Carlsbad. The floor plans range from $2,520 to 3,200 square feet with four to six bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.
Kaufman and Broad will hold a model open house Saturday for its Estrella and Mar del Sol neighborhoods at master-planned Sunbow in Chula Vista.
Estrella offers floor plans from 1,496 to 1,999 square feet with three or four bedrooms priced from the low $200,000s. Mar del Sol offers floor plans from 2,113 to 2,863 square feet with four or five bedrooms priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Continental Homes San Diego reports that since its two Rancho Carrillo neighborhoods in Carlsbad held their December openings, 58 of a planned 81 homes have been sold. At Ventana, 27 of 40 homes have been sold starting in the mid-$200,000s. A trio of two-story floor plans offer 1,600 to 2,113 square feet with three or four bedrooms. At Califia Serena, 31 of 41 homes have been sold and the ninth phase is about to be released. Five floor plans range from 2,104 to 3,622 square feet with three to six bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$320,000s.
Barratt American has launched sales on the 20-home 12th phase of its Rembrandt in Temecula priced from $178,990 to $210,990. A total of 61 of a planned 142 homes have been sold. Four floor plans range from 1,715 to 2,277 square feet with three and four bedrooms.
Innovative Resort Communities announced it has opened the fourth phase of PortaCielo at the Lake Las Vegas Resort. Four homes remain for the third phase. The planned 72 homes offer a trio of floor plans from 2,460 to 3,500 square feet. Prices begin at $515,000.
