Greystone Homes reports the six decorated models at its 212-home MarBrisa project in Carlsbad are for sale. Its two-story floor plans range from 2,275 to 2,570 square feet and are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

When Greystone held the project's grand opening in early February 1998, MarBrisa was priced from the high $200,000s. In June 1998, Greystone reported the fourth phase sold out on Memorial Day weekend. To that time, 20 percent of the entire project had sold in 90 days. MiraBrisa prices then started in the low $300,000s.


Centex Homes on Saturday will release the seven-home first half of the third phase at its 115-home Lakeview neighorhood in Spring Valley. Prices start in the upper $200,000s. Of the 39 releases to date, 35 have been sold. The models are expected to be completed in June. Lakeview offers three two-story floor plans from 2,500 to 2,900 square feet.


McMillin Homes will release the eight-home second half of the fourth phase of its Capistrano neighborhood in master-planned Calavera Hills in Carlsbad on Saturday. Prices will range in the mid- to high $300,000s. The 87-home neighborhood offers three two-story floor plans from 2,726 to 3,190 square feet with three to five bedrooms.


Shea Homes San Diego on Saturday will release the12-townhome first half of the third phase at Valencia in master-planned Rancho Carrillo in Carlsbad. Prices start in the low $180,000s. Five floor plans range from 1,123 to 1,445 square feet with two to three bedrooms. The five models of the 169-townhome project will open in June.


Barratt American has launched the eight-home eighth phase of its Beachwood community in Oceanside. Prices range from $318,990 to $378,990. The three model homes have also been released for sale, priced from $345,990 to $409,990. Four floor plans range from 2,343 to 2,963 square feet with three to five bedrooms.


Cornerstone Communities reports all 22 homes in the first phase of its Montecito neighborhood in master-planned McMillin Lomas Verdes in Otay Ranch have sold out. The builder has released nine homes as the first half of the second phase, priced from $261,990 to $314,990. Montecito offers three one- and two-story floor plans from 2,175 to 3,235 square feet with three to six bedrooms.


Pardee Homes reports the first phase release of 15 homes at its Morningside neighborhood in master-planned Sabre Springs sold out on grand-opening morning. Prices range from $297,900 to $332,900. Two-story floor plans range from 1,788 to 2,216 square feet with three to four bedrooms.
