Concordia Homes on Sunday will hold a grand opening celebration for its 23-home RidgeGate La Jolla Grand Finale development in La Jolla. Eleven of the homes reportedly have been reserved. RidgeGate has a trio of two-story floor plans from 2,606 to 3,737 square feet with three and four bedrooms. Prices start in the high $600,000s.


Brookfield Homes will release a dozen homes Saturday as the ninth phase of its 118-home Terraza at Scripps Ranch Villages. Prices are expected to start in the high $400,000s. The first eight phases have sold out. The two-story floor plans range from 2,809 to 3,443 square feet with four and five bedrooms. Prices are expected to start in the high $400,000s.


Davidson Communities on Saturday will hold the grand opening of five model homes at its 81-home Cielo at Rancho Santa Fe. Currently, the first half of the first phase is available for sale at prices starting at $894,900. Five floor plans range from 3,719 to 6,234 square feet with six to four bedrooms.


Centex Homes will release six homes as the second half of the sixth phase at its 146-home Chaparral neighborhood at Otay Ranch in Chula Vista. Prices will range from the mid-$200,000s. Three floor plans range from 1,875 to 2,098 square feet with two to five bedrooms.


Techbilt reports 67 homes have been sold at its Bernardo Santa Fe neighborhood at Lomas del Lago Estates in Escondido. Floor plans range from 2,205 to 2,801 square feet with three and four bedrooms. Prices start in the low $400,000s.


Fieldstone Communities reports that of the 20 homes released at its Monterey Point neighborhood at EastLake Trails in Chula Vista, eight remain for sale. Floor plans range from 2,564 to 2,950 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices begin at $267,490.


Rancho Carrillo, a 690-acre master-planned community in Carlsbad, reports its builders sold 158 homes in the first quarter of 2000. The community features eight neighborhoods being built by D.R. Horton, Monarch Communities, Shea Homes, Toll Brothers and Continental Homes San Diego. Prices range from the high $100,000s to more than $600,000.


McMillin Realty, of the Corky McMillin Cos., has been awarded the Credant Mobility Masters Cup for the second consecutive year. The award is handed out by the 350-member Credant Mobility Broker Network. McMillin Realty, the county's largest independent real estate brokerage, is a member. McMillin is also only the second company within the network to receive back-to-back awards. Last year, the company won the Credant Mobility Cup.


Innovative Resort Communities of San Diego has released the third and fourth phases of The Masters at PGA West in La Quinta. Currently, eight golf course homes remain. Three floor plans range from 3,579 to 4,621 square feet. Prices range from $673,000 to $1.36 million.
