Pardee Homes reports that the last five homes have been released for sale at its Belle Fleur neighborhood in Sabre Springs near Poway. Belle Fleur's three floor plans range from 3,065 to 3,987 square feet with five bedrooms. Prices range from $636,100 to $766,100.


Shea Homes San Diego on Sunday will release 10 homes as the fifth phase of its Diego neighborhood in Lomas Verdes in the South Bay. All 72 homes from previous releases have been sold. The fifth release is priced from the low $200,000s. The 86 paired homes in Diego have three two-story floor plans from 1,640 to 1,987 square feet with three and four bedrooms.


Barratt American has released the five-home second phase of its 14-home High Valley Estates in Poway. The second phase offers five floor plans priced from $701,000 to $847,500. Floor plans range from 3,175 to 4,559 square feet with three to six bedrooms.


Ayres Land Co., owner of master-planned Sunbow in Chula Vista, has contributed $1.5 million to the city for the proposed widening of Olympic Parkway from Interstate 805 to Brandywine Avenue.


McMillin Homes reports 45 homes sold in seven months at its Legends neighborhood in the Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club in Temecula, a average of six a month. Legends' 199 homes have four one- and two-story floor plans from 1,814 to 2,590 square feet with three and five bedrooms. Homes are available from $203,990 to $267,990.


Ryland Homes reports 23 sales of a planned 123 homes at its Hometown neighborhood in Rancho Cucamonga. Four floor plans range from 2,566 to 4,027 square feet with three to six bedrooms. Currently available homes are priced from $305,990 to $367,990.
